This Return, Exchange & Refund Policy explains when a product may be returned or exchanged, how refunds are processed, and the conditions applicable to domestic and international orders.
By placing an order through satyogawellness.com, you agree to the terms below, subject always to rights available to you under applicable consumer-protection laws.
1. Return & Exchange Window
For eligible products delivered within India, a return or exchange request should normally be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a standard return or exchange, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned with original packaging, labels, accessories, manuals, and components.
- Show no signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, misuse, or contamination.
- Be accompanied by the order number or valid proof of purchase.
Products returned without their original packaging or in used, damaged, incomplete, or unhygienic condition may not qualify for a return or exchange.
Your statutory rights regarding defective, incorrect, misrepresented, or otherwise non-conforming products remain unaffected.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged in transit
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Different from the product ordered
- Missing an essential component
- Materially different from its website description
please contact SATYOGA Wellness™ as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
For faster verification, we recommend reporting visible shipping damage or an incorrect shipment within 48 hours of delivery.
You may be requested to provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the outer and inner packaging
- Photographs of the shipping label
- A clear video showing the issue
- An unboxing video, where available
These materials help us verify transit damage, packing errors, and product-related issues.
Once verified, SATYOGA Wellness™ may offer an appropriate replacement, exchange, refund, or other resolution, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
3. Change-of-Mind Returns
If you change your mind after receiving an otherwise correct and undamaged product, SATYOGA Wellness™ may accept a return for eligible products within the stated return period.
The product must be unused, unopened where hygiene is relevant, and in resalable condition with its complete original packaging.
For approved change-of-mind returns:
Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
Any original shipping, COD, handling, convenience, packaging, international freight, or similar service charges may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.
4. Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged subject to availability.
If the replacement product has a higher price, the customer will be required to pay the price difference.
If it has a lower price, the applicable difference may be refunded or otherwise adjusted according to the approved exchange.
For customer-requested exchanges that are not caused by a SATYOGA Wellness™ fulfilment error, the customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping charges
- Re-shipping charges
- Applicable taxes
- Duties or other logistics charges
An exchange will normally be dispatched only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
5. Non-Returnable & Hygiene-Sensitive Products
For health, safety and hygiene reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, washed, contaminated, or placed in contact with the body.
This may include, where applicable:
- Jala Neti products that have been used
- Neti Pots after use
- Sutra Neti products
- Rubber Neti products
- Eye wash cups after opening/use
- Tongue cleaners
- Personal-care accessories
- Nasal cleansing accessories
- Massage or wellness products showing signs of use
- Products specifically marked Non-Returnable, Final Sale, or similar
If such an item is delivered damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise not as ordered, please contact us. Hygiene exclusions do not remove rights you may have for genuinely defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
6. Yoga Mats, Blocks, Rollers & Yoga Props
Yoga mats, blocks, rollers, straps, bolsters, wheels, meditation cushions, and similar products may generally qualify for return or exchange if they remain:
- Unused
- Clean
- Undamaged
- Unwashed
- Free from stains, marks, odours, sweat, dust or hair
- In their complete original packaging
Products showing signs of yoga practice, stretching, rolling, compression, wear, or other usage may not be accepted as standard change-of-mind returns.
7. Minor Colour & Appearance Variations
Product colours may appear slightly different depending on photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, production batches, material texture, and manufacturing processes.
Natural materials such as cork, wood, copper, cotton, and similar materials may also display variations in grain, shade, texture, finish, or pattern.
Reasonable natural or screen-related variations are not normally considered manufacturing defects.
8. International Returns & Exchanges
SATYOGA Wellness™ accepts international return or exchange requests for eligible products, subject to this policy and any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer’s country.
International customers should contact us before sending any product back.
Do not ship an international return without receiving return instructions from SATYOGA Wellness™.
Evidence Required for Damaged or Incorrect International Orders
If an international order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, the customer must provide reasonable supporting evidence so we can assess the claim.
This may include:
- Clear photographs of the product
- Clear photographs of the damaged area
- Photographs of the outer shipping package
- Photographs of the shipping label
- A video clearly showing the damage or defect
- An unboxing video, where available
- Order number and product details
Please retain the product and all packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
International Return Freight
For international returns or exchanges, return freight/shipping charges are generally payable by the customer, unless SATYOGA Wellness™ expressly agrees otherwise or applicable consumer law requires a different arrangement.
Where an exchange is approved, the customer may also be responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement product internationally.
Because international freight can be substantial, we may, where appropriate, provide an alternative resolution for verified damaged or incorrect products without requiring physical return of the item.
SATYOGA Wellness™ will advise the customer after reviewing the evidence.
9. International Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
International orders may be subject to:
- Import duties
- VAT/GST or local sales taxes
- Customs clearance fees
- Brokerage charges
- Carrier handling fees
- Other charges imposed by the destination country
Unless specifically collected by SATYOGA Wellness™ at checkout, these charges are normally the responsibility of the recipient.
If an international product is returned, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or government fees previously paid by the customer may not be refundable by SATYOGA Wellness™ because those amounts may have been collected by customs authorities, carriers, or other third parties.
Customers may need to contact their local customs authority to determine whether those amounts can be reclaimed.
10. Refused International Shipments
If an international customer refuses delivery because of customs duties, taxes, clearance charges, or other charges payable in the destination country, the shipment may be returned to us.
If the shipment is successfully returned, any refund may be reduced by applicable:
- Original international freight
- Return freight
- Carrier charges
- Customs charges
- Duties
- Storage fees
- Brokerage fees
- Other unrecoverable logistics expenses
This section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Return Shipping for Indian Orders
Where an eligible return or exchange is requested because of a customer preference, change of mind, or another reason not caused by SATYOGA Wellness™, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
Where a product is verified as defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, SATYOGA Wellness™ will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Customers should not return any product before receiving return instructions.
12. Return Packaging
Customers are responsible for securely packing approved returns.
Whenever possible, please use:
- The original product packaging
- Protective wrapping
- The original shipping carton
- Appropriate cushioning for fragile products
SATYOGA Wellness™ may not be responsible for damage caused during return transit due to inadequate packaging by the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for customer-arranged returns.
13. Inspection of Returned Products
All returned products are inspected after they reach us.
Approval of a return request does not automatically guarantee a refund.
A refund or exchange may be declined if inspection shows that the product:
- Has been used
- Has been damaged after delivery
- Is missing parts or accessories
- Has been altered
- Has been washed
- Shows hygiene or contamination concerns
- Was returned in materially different condition
- Does not meet the eligibility requirements described in this policy
This does not affect legal rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
14. Refund Processing
Once an eligible return has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method wherever reasonably possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the:

- Payment gateway
- UPI provider
- International payment processor
After SATYOGA Wellness™ initiates a refund, your financial institution may require additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
Where required by applicable law, refunds will be processed within the legally prescribed period.
15. Shipping Charges
Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise required by law.
International freight, customs duties, import taxes, carrier charges, and brokerage fees may also be non-refundable where they have already been incurred and cannot be recovered.
For verified fulfilment errors or defective/non-conforming products, SATYOGA Wellness™ will handle the matter according to applicable consumer-protection requirements.
16. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
An order may be cancelled if it has not yet been dispatched or processed for shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, it will normally be handled under the applicable return procedure rather than cancellation.
International orders that have already entered customs or international transit may not be cancellable.
17. Products Purchased Through Marketplaces
Products purchased through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, or another marketplace are subject to the return, exchange, and refund procedures applicable to that marketplace.
Please initiate such requests through the marketplace where the transaction was completed unless otherwise instructed.
